Where are you based?
I am based in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia, approximately 100km north of Brisbane. I operate out of my home studio, which is open by appointment.
Do you accept commissions?
Sorry, I am not taking on any commissions at present.
What type of prints do you create?
I reproduce a selection of my original artworks as limited edition prints. All prints are from an edition of 100, unless otherwise stated, and are numbered and signed by me on the front and come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. As the name suggests, a "limited edition" print is exactly that - limited - meaning once the small edition of 100 prints is sold no more in this size range will be produced.
Each print is created using UV resistant archival inks on 100% cotton rag which is a fine art paper imported from the United States. We highly recommend framing by a professional framer behind UV resistant glass to protect against fading, moisture and dust.

Do you offer workshops?
Unfortunately I am no longer offering painting workshops, but I do offer half-day workshops in enamel jewellery-making on the Sunshine Coast. If you are interested in attending a workshop, click here to find out what's coming up. My workshops are typically also advertised on social media as dates are confirmed.
Do you offer weekly lessons or private classes?
No, I don't conduct regular painting classes or private lessons. However, I do run enamel jewellery making workshops on a regular basis (excluding summer months). Click here for the current workshop schedule.
What's your workshop cancellation and refund policy?
If the workshop is cancelled by the facilitator due to insufficient numbers or illness, all participants will be offered a full refund or a reschedule.
A full refund (or reschedule) will be offered provided a participant cancels their enrolment more than 2 weeks prior to commencement of a workshop.
50% of workshop fees will be refunded for cancellations within 1-2 weeks of workshop commencement. No refund is available for cancellation with 7 days of workshop commencement, but a reschedule will be offered.
Please be aware that your withdrawal may lead to complete cancellation of the class for all prospective participants if your withdrawal causes numbers fall below our minimum number requirements.

I want to buy an original, but I'm nervous about purchasing sight-unseen!
We completely understand! Computer screens and devices all render colour slightly differently, so what you're seeing on the screen may not look quite the same in real life. If you purchase an original artwork from the website and it's not quite what you were imagining, you have a 7-day 'cooling-off' period in which you may return the artwork for a full refund.
Simply notify us by email within 7 days from the date you receive your artwork, advising that you wish to return your purchase and the reason why. Pack the painting in its original packaging and return it to us. (We can help you arrange a courier pickup if required.) Once we've received the artwork we will refund you the full purchase price less delivery fee. Return postage is at the purchaser's expense.

I want to order through your website - how can I pay?
When purchasing through the website, you have the option to pay via Paypal or by credit card through our secure third party banking provider (Stripe). These are both highly secure payment options, and your credit card / bank details are safely encrypted. Your financial information is not disclosed to us if you complete a transaction through our website.
If you would prefer to pay for your purchase via direct deposit, no problem! Just call or email with the item/s you wish to purchase, and we'll invoice you. The invoice will list our bank details.
If you really want that original artwork but need time to pay it off, we also offer a pay-by-instalment plan, similar to a layby, where you may pay off your purchase in 4 equal instalments. This option is only available on the purchase of original artworks over the value of A$500. Simply email us to let us know the painting you wish to purchase under this arrangement, and we'll send you all the details. Alternatively, read the terms and conditions here. There are no administrative or hidden fees under this plan.

Do you offer free postage?
Yes! Free postage is available on greeting cards and paper prints within Australia. A postage fee is applied to heavier items such as original paintings, and cost is calculated based on product weight and your location.
To find out how much an item will cost to ship to you, add the product to your cart and follow the checkout process. You don't have to commit to the purchase. The shipping amount will appear on the final page, then you can proceed with the purchase or back out at this point.

Do you post internationally?
Yes! I post original artwork, prints, and greeting cards all over the world. When you add a product to you cart and enter your delivery address the postage cost will be calculated for you. Alternatively you can contact me to get a postage quote.
How much will international postage cost?
I endeavour to keep postage costs as low as possible, and as such calculate postage based on weight. Greeting cards and paper prints are lightweight and affordable to post all over the world..
Unfortunately I do not post prints framed behind glass or stretched canvas prints overseas due to the likelihood of damage in transit. Instead, purchase a paper print and take it to your local picture framer for professional framing behind glass, or choose a rolled canvas print to have stretched locally.
Please be aware that original artworks on canvas are fragile, and often bulky. To reduce the likelihood of your original artwork being damaged, I prefer to remove the painted canvas from its timber frame, roll and wrap the canvas in a heavy duty mailing tube for overseas deliveries. You will need to visit your local gallery or picture framer to arrange to have the canvas stretched onto a custom made timber frame.
